President's Cabinet

The Board of Trustees authorizes the president to organize the management of the college. The present structure of management consists of Academic Services, Student Services and Administrative Services. Each department is directed by an administrator who implements organizational values and serves as a liaison between the president and the staff of the department. The president, vice president of academic services, vice president of student services and the associate vice president of administrative services form the President's Cabinet. Institutional Planning, Marketing & Public Relations, Human Resources and the Foundation report to the president.
 

Academic Services

The vice president of academic services oversees the quality of academic programs; provides professional development, support programs and opportunities for full-time and adjunct faculty; and acts as a liaison between the president and the faculty as well as the staff of the Office of Academic Services including the dean of career and technical education, director of the branch campus, dean of the college of nursing & health professions, associate dean of humanities & fine arts, associate dean of math & natural sciences and associate dean of social & business sciences.
 

Student Services

The vice president of student services oversees student personnel and development programs, develops cooperative academic programming with other institutions, and serves as a liaison between the president and students as well as oversees Recruitment, Admissions, Student Success, Financial Aid, Public Safety, Library Services and Athletics.

Administrative Services

The associate vice president of administrative services oversees all detailed accounting, cash management functions and financial reporting of the college, as well as the departments of technology services and information security, maintenance, construction, roads/grounds, custodial, the business office, the copy center, and outsourced programs of food-service and bookstore operations. Ensures the board is aware of and complies with all financial issues and responsibilities.
