Associate in Applied Science Link here to view and print the program brochure. This program is designed for students who desire to develop management skills as a part of their career program. The program is open to currently employed students as well as those desiring to develop initial skills for an entry-level position. The program allows for great flexibility in course selection, depending on the student's goals. This flexibility is intended to give the needed balance between functional and human resource skills. Persons who satisfactorily complete this curriculum but do not have prior management and/or supervision employment experience can expect to be employed initially in a trainee position.
