JOIN US SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH at YEMM FORD.

Please join us in celebrating 50 years of making dreams come to life at Carl Sandburg College. Fifty trips and travel themed accessories will be auctioned off to support the Carl Sandburg College Foundation Annual Fund. Items include trips to Hawaii, Disney, Lake Hill Winery and many more. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.

Money raised at this event will help the College reach this year's Annual Fund Challenge goal of $100,000. The Annual Fund supports a variety of projects across both campuses and throughout the district. Most known projects include the student resource room, scholarships, emergency grant/loans, technology upgrades, mini-grants for faculty and staff and much more. The Annual Fund reaches thousands of students each year.

On the night of Saturday, September 16th we will be auctioning off 50 trips! 45 trips will be silent auction and 5 larger trips will be auctioned off live by local auctioneer and Sandburg alum, Van Adkisson from Roseville, Illinois. We will also have student art available in the form of a "giving tree" where you can choose a piece of art and donate for what that art represents. Another fun activity to help raise money will be our paper airplane flying contest! Channel your inner elementary school child and build an airplane from paper. The airplane that flies the furthest will win a prize.
