Carl Sandburg College is part of nationwide Course Applicability System (CAS) Carl Sandburg College transfer students can plan their academic transfer curriculum online using the nationwide Course Applicability System (CAS). The College worked with the University of Illinois -based state CAS team to interface its student management software with CAS. CAS is an online tool that will help students view program requirements, course equivalencies, and see how courses they have taken or plan to take at Carl Sandburg College will transfer to another participating college or university.
