Course Description
Physical Fitness is designed as an open lab to accommodate each student's needs. Emphasis is placed in the areas of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

At the time you register, you must select a grade option.

    1. Grade option will be the default selection if you do nothing. (A, B, C, D, or F)

    2. P/F option is for the students who want to earn 1 hour credit. (Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory)

    3. Audit option is for students who have taken the fitness center for more than 5 semesters or who want to use the fitness center and earn no credit.

         You have less than 6 hours.                          You have less than 3 hours.

Please Note—You may only earn a maximum of 1 1/2 hours per day!!!

Athletic Practices do not count towards time in the Fitness Center.
