Carl Sandburg College welcomes all returning students and is committed to making your registration process effortless. Here you can find information about registering for classes. Scheduling an appointment to meet with a counselor or advisor to register for classes may be your best place to start.

RETURNING TO CSC...
AFTER AN ABSENCE OF ONE YEAR OR MORE?

1. Complete Online Application Form for admission. Forms also available at the Admissions Office (309) 341-5487

2. Apply for financial aid if desired.
Information on the FACTS Payment Plan and Deferred Payments are available from the FACTS link and from the Financial Aid Office (309) 341-5283.

3. Visit the WebAdvisor link for directions to register online. Directions are also provided elsewhere in this document under the heading "Online Registration."

4. Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor or advisor to register for classes.
Schedule your appointment after submitting your CSC Application for Admission. Your counselor can direct you to the current curriculum for your personal goals. Appointments may be made by calling 341-5237 for the Galesburg Campus, (877) 263-1862 ext. 4466 for The Branch Campus in Carthage, or (877) 236-1862 ext. 4444 for The Extension Center in Bushnell.

NOTE: Returning students may be asked to complete the COMPASS placement exam prior to registration.
