TRANSFERRING
FROM ANOTHER COLLEGE OR ENROLLING
AS A SUMMER STUDENT?

  1. Complete Online Application Form for admission. Forms also available at the Admissions Office (309) 341-5487.
  2. Visit the WebAdvisor link for directions to register online. 
  3. Visit the Tuition and Fees link for payment information, methods and deadlines.

NOTE:  In addition to the above steps, students from other colleges who are enrolling in a Math or English course must:

Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor or advisor to register for classes.  Appointments may be made by calling 341-5237 for the Galesburg Campus, (877) 263-1862 ext. 4466 for The Branch Campus in Carthage, or (877) 236-1862 ext. 4444 for The Extension Center in Bushnell.

Provide a college transcript or grade report (at the time of your counselor appointment) which documents enrollment in previous English or Math coursework. (Placement test results which provide Math and English recommendations from a previously attended institution are also acceptable.)

OR…

Complete the COMPASS placement exam prior to registration, or ACT. Testing information available from the Assessment Center (309) 341-5323. View COMPASS schedule.

OR…

Provide a letter from your advisor indicating the specific course you would take were you at your home school.
