Help Desk Specialist, Branch Campus
Technical Level III-starting salary range $9.73/hr-$10.62/hr
Carl Sandburg College is accepting applications for an hourly (20 hours a week) Help Desk Specialist for the Carthage Branch Campus. The pay range, depending on qualifications, is $9.73/hr to $10.62/hr. This position is responsible for problem solving and trouble shooting in response to campus-wide help desk calls and e-mail. The position is also responsible for maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, distance learning classrooms, wireless and telecommunications equipment at the Branch Campus, Education Commons and RSVP locations. The position requires strong customer service and technical skills with knowledge of distance learning systems, Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems and MS office preferred. Associate Degree required or related specialized training.
