 The Branch Campus
The Branch Campus is located on the north edge of Carthage just off Highway 94. This satellite location serves the seven unit school districts in Hancock County and two unit districts in McDonough County (Colchester and Industry). The full service Campus provides baccalaureate, career, community education, and general study programs. Adult basic and secondary education is also offered at the Carthage location as well as at various outlying sites.
Students can expect individual attention for academic advising, career counseling, and financial aid planning in a relaxed, friendly educational atmosphere. Tutoring and support services are also available. Seminars, workshops, and customized training for business and industry are coordinated by the CABI Marketing Representative housed there.

The Education Commons
This facility began serving Carthage and surrounding communities in the Fall of 1998. It is a joint venture of Carl Sandburg College and Carthage CUSD #338. The building houses the CSC Cosmetology program, two computer classrooms, one computer lab, an art room, a photography darkroom, a music room, two private music practice rooms, two general classrooms, and other common use areas. Middle school and high school students use the facility mainly during afternoon hours, and CSC students concentrate their usage during morning and evening hours. Many public meetings, workshops, and seminars are offered at this location.
