The College is responsive to the needs of individual learners and to the region's work force.
Our Allied Health programs provide the opportunity to take many general education courses at any of the three College campuses; Galesburg, Carthage and Bushnell. Program specific courses can only be taken at the Galesburg campus with the exception of the Practical Nursing and Medical Assisting programs which are offered in both Galesburg and Carthage. Practical experience is gained while providing direct care for patients / clients in clinical facilities on campus or at external agencies all under the direct supervision of licensed instructors in the respective health care field.

The College also offers courses for Basic Nurse Assistant Training and EMT-Basic. Agreements are in place with surrounding colleges for the following Associate of Applied Science degrees:
Respiratory Care (collaborative agreement with Southeastern Iowa College)
Surgical Technology (collaborative agreement with Illinois Central College)
