You must take Version V TEAS test. Other versions will not be accepted. If you take the TEAS at other institutions, you need to request an official transcript through ATI (www.atitesting.com). A copy of your score report will NOT be accepted.

TEAS testing is a multiple-choice assessment of basic academic knowledge in reading, mathematics, science and English and language usage. The objectives assessed on the exam are deemed most appropriate and relevant to measure entry level skills and abilities of nursing program applicants.

Composite scores, as well as subscores, are computed in reading, mathematics, science, and English to assess specific content comprehension. This helps to determine which applicants might have the most potential to be successful in the nursing program.
