Before you register for classes online, be sure you have these steps completed: 1. Complete online application for admission. Forms also available at the Admissions Office (309) 341-5487. 2. Apply for financial aid if desired. Information on the FACTS Payment Plan and Deferred Payments are available from the FACTS link and from the Financial Aid Office (309) 341-5283. 3. Send an official high school transcript (that documents graduation) or GED scores to the Admission & Records Office, Carl Sandburg College, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd., Galesburg, IL 61401 4. 5. View the New Student Online Orientation. 6. Schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor or advisor to register for classes. Schedule your appointment only after completing steps one through five. Appointments may be made calling (309) 341-5237 for the Galesburg Campus, (877) 263-1862 ext. 4466 for the Branch Campus in Carthage, or (877) 236-1862 ext. 4444 for The Extension Center in Bushnell. All pre-registration requirements must be met before the registration process can begin. NOTE: Some academic programs have special admission requirements.
