Ryan Twaddle

Head Coach

Ryan Twaddle is entering his sixth season as the men's basketball head coach at Carl Sandburg. Prior to becoming the head coach, he was an assistant men's basketball coach at Sandburg under former head coach Mike Bailey for four seasons. Coach Twaddle graduated from Macomb High School and continued his playing career at Carl Sandburg, earning two letters in both basketball and baseball. Coach Twaddle lives in Galesburg and holds a B.A. from Western Illinois University.

 

Jeff Thurman

Associate Head Coach

Jeff Thurman is entering his fifth season with the men's basketball program at Sandburg. Thurman graduated from Abingdon High School in 2005. Upon his graduation from AHS, he attended Sandburg and was a member of both the men's basketball team and men's golf team during the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons. After Sandburg, Coach Thurman transferred to Western Illinois University. He holds a B.A. from WIU.
