Mike Bailey
Head Coach
Mike Bailey is entering his fifth year as head women's basketball coach at CSC. He has 13 total years of coaching experience at CSC as he also coached men's basketball and baseball. He is from Oelwein, Iowa and holds degrees from North Iowa Area Community College and University of Northern Iowa. His coaching stops include BC Wetzikon in Wetzikon, Switzerland, Northern Iowa under Mr. Eldon Miller, and Southeastern Community College under Mr. Jim Wyatt. Coach Bailey and his wife Kelly reside in Galesburg and have two children, Steele and Skyler.

Katie King
Assistant Coach
Katie King is entering her second season as an assistant women's basketball coach for Carl Sandburg. King is a graduate of Carl Sandburg College and earned two letters in both basketball and softball. In the 2008-09 season, King was named to the Arrowhead Conference All-Conference Team for her efforts on the softball field and she was named an NJCAA Academic All-American. Coach King lives in Henderson with her husband Justin.
