Lunch Break Yoga
Tues., Sept. 12, 12:20 - 12:50 p.m. in Room B76. Learn to use your lunch hour to reset your mind and body for your busy day ahead. This slow moving yoga practice involves a full breath and full body stretch. It will allow you to open up, reduce stress in both mind & body, and invite you to find what feels good! A change of clothes is not necessary. Mats will be provided.
