Mental Health Workshop Series - Self Care Plan

Feeling stressed out? Join us for our Mental Health Workshop Tuesday, Feb. 13 from 12:20-12:50 p.m. in B 76. Let's build a self-care plan with positive thinking, mindfulness and relaxation. A self-care plan can help you enhance your health and well-being, manage your stress, and maintain calmness at hectic moments. This workshop will help you identify activities and practices that will support your well-being and help you to sustain positive self-care in the long-term.
