ARE YOU STRESSED? 
While a little bit of stress can be good for inspiring achievement, excess stress is detrimental to our bodies, accelerating aging, facilitating weight gain, and impairing cognitive function. 
What would your life be like if you were able to easily process stress and difficult emotions as they occurred, leaving you free to focus on whatever you want? 
During this workshop, you will learn Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is a simple, yet powerful tool to work through stress in nearly any situation. You’ll also learn some hypnotic techniques for going from a state of stress to complete calmness and relaxation.
