Stress Response Management

Instructor: Jeri Candor

Eight-week stress management program teaching meditation and mindfulness techniques. The course is specifically designed for those who have high-stress occupations and/or work in stressful environments. Course will discuss the biology of stress on the mind and bodywhile acquiring skills and techniques to manage the nervous system’s response to stressful situations. Minimum enrollment of ten students. Students are required to purchase the book Soul Centered, by Sarah McLean, as part of the class curriculum. Class meets every Thursday.
