Managing Performance Anxiety & Stress
Whether you are a student, employee, athlete or actor, stress can affect your performance. Your stress response is hard-wired, but you can learn how to manage the stress and anxiety that often comes before tests, sporting events, theatre performances, job interviews, social situations, etc. Come gain insight about the stress response and learn some real hands-on tools to help you feel more balanced and at ease in any situation.
