This class combines a great mix of Pilates, Yoga and strength training. Instructors Joan Pacheco and Michelle Archer will alternate teaching each week. One week Joan will focus on strength training along with Mat Pilates. The other week Michelle will teach strength training in a vinyasa (flow) style Yoga class that focuses on flexibility and balance.
