Marketing Request Form

Please begin any marketing or public relation event with the Department of Marketing and Public Relations. The Office of Marketing and Public Relations requests to be informed of activities and events on campus and can assist in identifying other steps to make an event successful. Publications and announcements intended for students or the public should be initiated through this form, including:

  • All flyers, brochures, newsletters, pamphlets and posters
  • Press releases
  • Photography
  • Ads for newspapers, magazines, radio, television and online
  • Content for the public website, campus monitors, electronic signs and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Blogger, YouTube)

Materials written solely for staff and/or faculty use do not need to go through the Office of Marketing and Public Relations. A checklist for event planning and media relations is included in the Publicity Guidelines. See the Sandburg Style Guide for full details.

Please Note:
In an effort to serve you with the highest level of efficiency and quality, please allow a minimum lead time of two weeks for most items to ensure that all requests can be fulfilled. If an event is less than two weeks away, please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate all requests. The production process includes designing, proofing, printing and delivery.
