Sandburg to Host 34th Annual KCAHCE Class Day April 29

GALESBURG
Carl Sandburg College will host the 34th annual Knox County Association for Home and Community Education (KCAHCE) Class Day from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. April 29 on the Main Campus in Galesburg, 2400 Tom L. Wilson Blvd.
Participants can attend up to four classes for $31 (includes lunch) or for $25 (without lunch). Ten-dollar scholarships are available for Knox County 4-H members. There will be 35 classes offered, covering topics such as arts and crafts; technology; recreation/gardening; home and safety; history; health; food; and international studies. Lunch will follow the final class session of the day.
Pre-registration is not required, but it is suggested to guarantee placement in preferred classes. Please note that teachers will not be able to earn Continuing Professional Development Unit (CPDU) credits this year.
Registration forms and program booklets are available at area township libraries, Carl Sandburg College, Galesburg Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Galesburg Public Library, Knox County Farm Bureau, University of Illinois Extension in Galesburg and the Warren County Public Library.
