Silver Streaks’ Stevenson Signs to Play Volleyball, Softball at Sandburg

Galesburg High School senior Haley Stevenson has signed to play next season for the Carl Sandburg College volleyball and softball teams.

A 5-foot-3 libero in volleyball, Stevenson led the Silver Streaks in digs last fall with 189, and she plays shortstop and center field for the GHS softball team. She was named the defensive MVP for both squads last season and was an Academic All-Western Big 6 Conference honoree for volleyball last fall.

Stevenson joins Chargers teams that finished as runner-up in the Region IV tournament under coach Todd Winkler in their most recent campaigns.
