The CSC Wellness Program is dedicated to motivating, educating and empowering CSC employees to make healthy lifestyle choices that improve their overall quality of life.
The vision of the CSC Wellness Program is to provide a balanced wellness program to employees to improve their individual health and behavior patterns and produce tangible improvements in their use of health care services and reduced health-related costs. The program will encourage employees to take responsibility for enhancing their own well-being.
The College Welfare Fund was established for the purpose of acknowledging noteworthy events in the lives of full-time time employees. The committee will send flowers or a plant to employees who have a baby, are hospitalized or have a death in their immediate family (spouse, children, or parents). The committee also gives a check for $25 to those employees who are retiring from the college. A $5 donation is collected from employees each semester. |
