Sandburg has crept its way into the reality TV space. Well, kind of.
Brenden Guthrie, a 2014 Sandburg alumnus, is a contestant on Season 9 of the Netflix dating show "Love Is Blind," which debuted this week.
A Galesburg High School graduate, Guthrie, now 32, lives in Denver and works as a finance manager. While at Sandburg, he played on the Chargers men's soccer team in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Here are some photos of him during his days on the pitch as a Charger.
