Sandburg's non-credit culinary training program students recently prepared 100 free meals for delivery throughout the college's district.
Students under faculty supervision followed a Thanksgiving menu with all the fixings, and Sandburg employees — along with support from volunteers — packaged and delivered meals to areas in and around Galesburg, Monmouth and Carthage.
The culinary training program is made available through Sandburg's Workforce Development and Community Education Department.
