With the calendar turning to August, the Sandburg volleyball team has been hard at work preparing for its upcoming season. The Chargers' preseason preparation has included on-court drills, strength and agility training and some drills that are, shall we say, less orthodox.
Sandburg starts its season at the Opening Weekend Tournament Aug. 21-23 in Rockford. The Chargers' first home match is 6 p.m. Sept. 9 vs. Kishwaukee. You can also keep up with all the latest Sandburg athletics news at sandburgchargers.com.
