Sandburg Softball to Face Highland in Region IV Quarterfinals

The Carl Sandburg College softball team will begin Region IV Division II District B tournament action by playing a best-of-three quarterfinal series at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Highland.
The Chargers (7-33) and Cougars (21-10) split a doubleheader played April 9 at Highland.
Wednesday’s winner advances to play Madison (Wis.) in the semifinal round Saturday at Yorkville High School.
