Marketing & Public Relations (MPR) shapes impressions of the college by creating inspiring materials, following rigorous branding and style guidelines to showcase and promote the college through:
- Advertising and marketing
- Event support
- Graphic design
- Media relations
- Photography
- Publications
- Social media
- Videography
- Website creation
To submit a project or request Marketing services, submit
| Projects with more than one page, requiring graphic design, such as programs, mailers, brochures, etc.: | Six to eight weeks |
| Posters, postcards, flyers, invitations, photo or video requests, Stall Stories and Charger Weekly: | Two to three weeks |
| Monitors, approvals, mySandburg, website calendar, social media and press releases: | 48 to 72 hours (two to three business days) |

The website is an ever-evolving element. If you see something that needs an update, please complete the website request form, and we will make the change accordingly.
External requests
If you are an administrator or teacher looking to expand the minds of your students, consider bringing the Maker Trailer to your school. Simply complete the following form at least a month before you need the trailer at your location. If you have any questions, please contact Angel Rohrig at arohrig@sandburg.edu.
Internal requests
If you are a current employee of Carl Sandburg College and would like to share the Maker Trailer at an event or school, simply complete the following form at least a month before the date requested. If you have any questions, contact Angel Rohrig at arohrig@sandburg.edu.
