Class formats

FACE-TO-FACE

Students attend class on one of Sandburg's campuses or a high school location at weekly scheduled class times.

BLENDED

Students attend part of the class face-to-face or virtually at scheduled class times while accessing the rest of the content online through mySandburg. Access to a reliable computer and broadband (high-speed) internet is required. Accessing online classes from a phone is discouraged.

MULTIPLE MODALITY

Students can choose between face-to-face, virtual or online attendance throughout the duration of the course. If you choose to connect virtually, a webcam, microphone, speakers and high-speed internet service are required. Accessing online classes from a phone is discouraged.

ONLINE

Students access online classes through mySandburg. Online classes do not require weekly face-to-face or virtual meetings. Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet is required. Accessing online classes from a phone is discouraged.

VIRTUAL

Students meet with their instructor virtually at weekly scheduled class times. A webcam, microphone, speakers and high-speed internet are required.
