Hall of Flags
Sandburg celebrates the diversity of our student body through the Hall of Flags display outside the Welcome Center in B Building. This display was originally funded by the Sandburg Foundation in 2017 and is updated annually by the Student Services office.
The Hall of Flags display represents the 35 states and 31 countries that Sandburg students call home. The sign hanging by the display states:
"Hall of Flags. Our States, Our Countries, Our Students. This display celebrates the rich diversity of our student body and illustrates that although we may call different nations and states home, we can honor and learn from each other, creating a culture of cooperation, unity, and respect."
