Courses
Students must enroll in both Indonesian Culture & Language and International Business. Each course is 3 credits.
Costs
The estimated cost is $5,500 which includes:
- Travel
- Tuition
- Excursions organized by the host university
- Room and board
Financial aid, scholarships and payment plans are available.

Saturday, May 30 Depart from Chicago O’Hare.
Monday, June 1 Arrive at UPH. Check into room, and settle in. Take a campus tour.
Tuesday, June 2 Classes begin.
Friday, June 12 Leave for Yogyakarta.
Sunday, June 14 Return from Yogyakarta.
Friday, June 19 Depart for Bali.
Monday, June 22 Return from Bali.
Tuesday, June 30 Depart from Jakarta for home.
Wednesday, July 1 Arrive at O’Hare.
Application deadline
An application fee of $500 is due with the application. The final application deadline is March 1, 2026. This is a hard and fast deadline. The remaining fees are due by April 1, 2026.
