Weaver first joined the Sandburg coaching staff as an assistant in the 2018-19 season. A 2016 Sandburg graduate, Weaver played volleyball and basketball for two seasons and softball for one year with the Chargers. She earned All-Arrowhead Conference honors every season in each sport, and she was a two-time All-Region IV pick in volleyball and women’s basketball.
